Are We Happier Than Our Ancestors;

Happiness is a state of mind. One cannot be really happy, unless one is morally and spiritually uplifted:

    In the times of our ancestors, science could not make such a progress as of now. They were devoid of the amenities produced by science. But the nature was undisturbed. They had the blessings of nature. Ecology was balanced. People lived a life of contentment and joy. They were satisfied with what they had. They had no lust for greed or power. Their life and living were simple.
    They believed in high thinking and simple living'. Their wants were few and those wants could be satisfied with a little effort. They were free from the modern maladies of out throat competitions and corruptions. Hence they were happier than us. But how these things affected their happiness we will discuss here so that in present we can make today's life happy and healthy.
    If we scientifically examine our ancestors life than we can easily calculate reasons behind their happiness here are some;

Their Foods Were Natural: 

    If we examine our ancestor's life than we see their foods and eating habits were very simple and natural. Mostly they used to take raw fruits, roots and some grains. Here is a question; how they benefitted by all that and how they all were related to their happiness? Acutally by eating natural and raw things they got maximum fibers in their diet. They chewed their food well. By doing so they salivate more while eating. In that process they salivate more, and more salivate means more OH­ions in their food. When more salivated food enters into the stomach then stomach release Hions(from HCL) and it produce 2after meeting OH­- ions. That 2O absorbed by the stomach walls. So our ancestors had good digestion and good digestion leads to good level of serotonin and good serotonin means good physical health and happiness.

They Had More Physical Activities In Their Life:

    Our ancestor's life was physically difficult. They had to move faraway places in search of food and water. In those activities they had benefitted a lot in terms of mental and physical health. More physical activities are well known for its mood boosting effects and role in decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety. More physical work leads to a surge in Endorphins and other chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin. 

They Followed Nature And It's Rules:

    Our ancestors always followed nature and its rule. They had adopted life which was inspired by nature, for example they used to rise early in the morning and fall asleep with the sunset and did not eat food after sunset. By doing so they had no acidity in their stomach and they had good digestion system which lead to good health and good health leads to happiness itself.

They Had Good Cultural Life:

    Our ancestor had good cultural life. They had much free time after their daily survival activities because they had no electronic gazettes, no mobile phones and no computers. So they had their rich cultural life and their own means of entertainments. Their cultural life was full of different-2 kinds of dances those helped them to keep theirselves healthy and happy. Their cultural activities and dance forms were a form of cardio respiratory exercises that got their heart rate up and releases endorphins, which can elevate their mood and decrease pain and made their life happy.

They Had Love And Trust In Their Life:

    Our ancestors lived gazettes free life. There were no mobile phones, no computers and no televisions in their life. Everything which could make them happy was people around them. They feel happy in their company. They had good sexual life. Having good sexual life increases neurotransmitter that is linked to connectedness and trust. It also increases their heart rate and promotes stamina, which can also support their health and good mood.

Conclusion:

    Knowing all that good about our ancestor's lifestyle but we can't overrule today's world's necessities, but we can do some little things to make our life happy.

1) Rise early in the morning: 

Rising early in the morning make us healthy and make our approach positive. Early in the moring our environment condense after getting colder at night. Cold oxygen molecules get closer to each other it means per inch breathe we take means more numbers of oxygen molecules, which help us feel good and make us more energetic. Early morning rising give us more time to work so that we get some more time to get closer to our family members by doing so increase love and trustworthiness in the family.

2) Follow Nature As Far As Possible:

    Follow Nature as far as possible it will help us to built our immune system strong.

3) Add More Physical Activities In Your Daily Life:

Adding more physical activity increase the surge of Endorphin, Serotonin and Dopamine which keep us healthy and mentally fit which ultimately leads us to the state of happyness.

4) Chew Your Food Well:

    Chew food well; it helps to add more Ptyalin in our food which leads to good digestion and good digestion ultimately leads to the healthy life.

5) Live And Care For Other:

    Live for others and not for yourself it will give you satisfaction. Satisfaction and contentness boost Serotonin level which makes us happy and make our approach positive everywhere we go.

6) Take Part In Cultural Activities:

    Culturally active life increase the surge of Dopamine which helps to produce more Dopamine in our mind it is known for pleasure hormone. It will benefit your social life and ultimately it leads to happy and content life.

7) Money Is Important Thing But Not Everything:

    Money is important thing but not everything. With money you can buy things but not people around you. They come in your life when you give them time, value,affection and care. Good social life makes our life happy and healthy.
