How To Ensure Our Children's Educational Development 

    The environment around us is responsible for this. There is a lack of parents somewhere. Some children are hereditary intelligent, this is an exception and they are only 10 percent. Every parent can get desired result if we take care of some things around us. We can ensure our children's educational development by ensuring some efforts.

Family Environment: 

 Educational efficiency in children develops in childhood itself. By the average age of 5, the children have learned a lot from the family environment. Children for 5 years do not have the ability to analyse: they learn both good and bad equally. The ability to analyse develops much later in children. How the children look at things depends on their family environment. The tendency to learn in children also depends on the psychological conditions of the family members and the environment in the neighbourhood. For the educational development of the children, the family environment should be kept favourable according to their educational needs. Parents should adapt their habits, talking and  way of thinking according to the educational and moral development of the children. Renowned educationist Watson had said once that you give me 10 normal child. I will make whoever I want. Watson said, because he knew that our life much depends on environment around us. If we change our cultural environment, we can change the way of our thinking, learning and understanding.

    The first environment of children is their family, so the environment of the children should be kept clean as soon as they are born. Except for small things, the atmosphere of the family should be free from discord. If there is a dispute in the family, children should try to keep it away. 

    It should be tried that the child grows up watching all the members of the family read and write. The child should grow up among the family members listening talks of knowledge, science, happenings in world and great people. The child should not grow up given the conflicts between the neighbourhood and the family. If the family grows up discussing knowledge, science, current events, biographies of great people, then such discussions serve as the foundation for the children and a big building can be built only on good foundation. Mutual discussions should keep changing as children grow bigger and wiser.

For The Children Up To Ten Years:

Any story or event or biographies of great people can be told as a story for the children up to ten years. It acts as an inspiration to the children and they try to become the same in the future.

For The Children After Ten Years:

After ten years, children develop the ability to analyse things. Any incident can be narrated to the children by talking about good and the worst aspect of that thing. Good aspect of the event or things should also be explained with evils and disadvantages of bad events or things. In this way, gradually the ability to analyse things develop in children. The child learn to distinguish between good and bad things. Even if the child goes to the bad company in school or somewhere else he or she never be misguided after learning the difference between good and the worst things.

Children's Educational Development Is Moral Responsibility Of Parernts:

Every parent can guide their children according to their wishes if they consider the educational development of the children as their own responsibility. Usually, parents consider the educational development of the children as the responsibility of the children and not their own.

Always Say Positive Things Not Negative:

While encouraging children to study or doing other work, they should be told that all the work is easy. Children should not say that you cannot do such things. When a child top in school, tell your child that it is vey easy to get the top rank in the school, just after studying hard for 6 hours everyday, you can also top the school. Never tell the child that to get top in school is a difficult task. When they say something is difficult, they start thinking the smallest thing difficult and they lack self-confidence and this lack of self-confidence does not leave them for the rest of their life.

Ask About The School Right From The Beginning:

From the beginning make a habit of asking all the things about the school when the children come from the school. Ask the children what was written, read and who was beaten up by the teacher? Ask everything but refrain from commenting on them. In this way, when the relationship of friendship with the parents of the children is established, they tell everything left from the parents. Telling parents everything through children helps parents to understand their behavior. Ask the child about homework, among other things. Homework should be considered as parent's responsibility as parents are wiser than children. By doing this, the children do not feel alone in trouble (as most of the children take homework as trouble)

Set The Study Time Right From The Childhood:

The time of study of children should be fixed right from the childhood. Parents should strictly follow the time of study of the children. If, the time of the child's study is fixed right from the beginning, it is considered as a natural thing by the children. The time of the child's study should be carefully determined according to the time of playing, watching TV and sleeping. If the child's time of study is wrong, their attention will be elsewhere than the study.

Don't Refuse To Play:

Apart from the study time, children should not refuse to play. Play with them if possible. By playing and jumping, the level of Endorphin hormone remains good in children as Endorphin well known for confidence builder hormone.

Try To Keep Yourself In Healthy Cultural Environment:

From the very beginning, it should be ensured that the children's companionship is good, so that parents themselves should live in a good association and cultural environment. Children should be encouraged to make good friends. In this way, try to create an environment that is helpful in the educational development of children.

Watching TV Isn't That Bad:

Children watch a lot of TV these days. Children should not refuse to watch TV, by doing so, their desire to watch TV becomes stronger and it is human tendency. Watching too much TV is definitely bad. Watching TV through a limited amount of time stimulates children congnitive development. Watch TV with the children and keep explaining to them the difference between good and evil. This increases their conscience.

Keep At Least One Subject From Beginning Till Completes The Study:

From childhood, keep a subject that will remain till the end of the whole study. By staying together with a subject until the study is over, specialisation comes in that subject and it helps in their career building objectives. Children's subject should not be changed from time to time. When children change their subject, it takes time for them to synchronies with a new subject and this can cause them to develop a dislike for the study. There is a psychological statement that childhood lessons are difficult to erase, so the subject of children should be selected carefully right from the childhood.

Career Choice Should Be According To The Interest Of The Children:

Understanding the interest of the children and choosing a career according to the demand of the time, the same type of education should be given to the children. The choice of career by parents should never be told directly to the children. Give freedon of career choice to the children. If for some reason the children fail in their chosen career, than they can be sent to the chosen career of the parents.

 Thus,  by taking care of small things, we will surely be able to build a better  future for our future children, on whose shoulders the country will have a bright future.
