Good Educational knowledge with good pedagogy- A resource person can do his work better when, he know human brain structure, functioning and its development with age. He should be able to differentiate between conscious and subconscious mind and information transfer between them. He should know the functioning of human spinal cord and also know how we can program it. He should be aware of how to sit, stand, and talk, only then he will be able to discuss with teacher, how educational behave should be done into the school premises so that we can take more output for the country.

Socially Backwardness- Sir, a resource person should aware of how marginalised child think and how he feel inside the school classroom. Society driver play very important role in the life of a child sometime it can cause inferiority complex among the students and he never come out from it in his whole life. Teacher should know that one wrong word can change a child into a terrorist. If a resource person aware about all this he or she will do his/her job well and justify the organisation’s noble cause.

 Good percentile is not determining factor to decide  critical and analytic thinking-  Critical and analytic thinking comes when one is able to understand, to see things well and in a research manner, and it comes when teacher teaches such a manner so that students can able to see things their own and not by fact put in front of them. Good percentile is not a measure to decide mental ability of a student. Sir Success and ability are two different things. One can be able but it does not ensure success. Just like that success does not mean one’s ability. We should understand that fact.

A Resource Person should be aware of the surrounding environment of students- A resource person must be aware of the environment in which child live and come from. It motivate resource person’s talks with the teacher in school  and only then he will be able to better serve for the Azim Ji Prem Ji organisation’s noble cause.

  A teacher must be aware about the fact that we are designing the future of the country, it is not just simple to teach in classroom- When a resource person is aware the fact he can train teacher how to teach how to give students dreams. Dreams play as a concept for the students than they do experiments to check the concept when they do experiments they makessome mistakes when they make mistake they observe something from it. By working on mistakes they develop new things and on doing they find results (Their dreams).
